Fasting, as taught in the Bible, is willingly abstaining from food to seek God. It creates space to grow closer to Him, align our hearts with His, and depend on His strength. Modeled by Jesus, fasting is a spiritual discipline focused on intentionality— inviting God into the spaces we create. Through fasting, we can amplify our prayers and experience deeper intimacy with Him.
Who Should Not Fast?
When entering a time of fasting, prayerfully consider what God is leading you to do. (If you have medical concerns, consult your doctor before starting a fast.)
Whether you choose to do the Daniel Fast, Whole 30, or to fast media, etc., we're believing for miracles and breakthrough in this new year as we put God first in every aspect of our lives
